We opened our Winter Shop on the 20th of May 2019, where you can come and enjoy a warm cup of coffee, come to relax or work and get free wi-fi.

The winters in Ermelo do not allow customers to sit outside and we had to rent inside space next to the container. The winter lounge opened on 17 May 2019 and it allowed customers to relax in front of a fireplace during the cold winter days.

Soon another barista, Steve, joined the shop and took a lot of pressure of the owner. With another barista, Jo-Ann, in training, since September 2019, it seemed that the new roastery would survive the first year.
